The space
-THE ACCOMMODATION-
You'll enjoy a bright, fully-renovated apartment, with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room for greater conviviality, a comfortable bedroom with 180*190 bedding, a bathroom with a shower and meticulous decoration: everything has been carefully thought out for your comfort and well-being.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, without elevator.
You'll have a chest of drawers to store your belongings. A washing machine and towels are also available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Wifi is also available.
-LOCATION
The location is ideal: you'll be staying in a district in the heart of downtown Le Havre, just a stone's throw from the beach and places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Centre Culturel Niemeyer), the fishing port with its famous fish market and the Quai Southampton with its bars and restaurants and its promenade with breathtaking sunset views.
-ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
For an autonomous arrival, keys are available from 5pm onwards, 7 days a week, in front of the accommodation door. You will be given full details of how to collect the keys before you arrive.
If you arrive by train, you can take the streetcar to the beach and the apartment is 200 meters away.
Guest access
- Car parking is easy at the foot of the building. Pay parking is available from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (ticket machine approx. €5/day).
During your stay, it's easy to get around town on foot from the apartment: the beach, marina, Docks, town hall, train station and bus station are all within a 20-minute walk.

The neighborhood
The location is ideal, you'll be staying in a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Le Havre, a stone's throw from all the places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Niemeyer cultural center), the fishing port with its famous fish market and the Southampton quay with its bars and restaurants and its promenade with breathtaking sunset views.
Getting around
Public transport is easily accessible. To get to your accommodation, you can use public transport, such as the bus or streetcar. Depending on your location, don't hesitate to use the LIA app to guide you on your route.
Other things to note
We offer professional mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 10 nights, including linen replacement, as well as housekeeping (dusting, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning). This service is subject to a charge and will be invoiced at the same price as the cleaning fee in the advertisement. If you are interested in this service, please contact us at the time of booking to arrange the day and time of our cleaning team's visit (subject to availability).
