This bright, fully-renovated flat has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a comfortable bedroom with 140x190cm bedding, a bathroom with a shower and tasteful decor: everything has been carefully thought out to ensure your comfort and well-being.
The flat is on the 10th floor, without a lift.
There is a chest of drawers to store your belongings. Linen and towels are also provided.
We provide bed linen and towels.
Wi-Fi is also available.
-LOCATION
The location is ideal, you will be staying in a district in the heart of Le Havre city centre, a stone's throw from places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Niemeyer cultural centre), the fishing port with its famous fish market and the Southampton quay with its bars and restaurants as well as its promenade with a breathtaking view of the sunsets.
-ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
For an independent arrival, keys are available from 5pm, 7 days a week. All the information you need to collect the keys will be given to you before your arrival.
If you arrive by train, you can take the tram and get off at the ‘Plage’ stop.
Guest access
Car parking is easy at the foot of the building (pay and display machines, about €5/day). Pay parking is available from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm.
During your stay, it's easy to get around the town on foot from the flat: the beach, marina, Docks, town hall, train station and bus station are all within a 15-minute walk.

Getting around
Public transport is easily accessible. To get to your accommodation, you can use public transport, such as the bus or tram. Depending on your location, don't hesitate to use the LIA app to guide you on your route.
Other things to note
We offer professional mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 10 nights, including replacement of household linen, as well as cleaning (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen). This service is subject to a charge and will be invoiced at the same price as the cleaning fee in the advert. If you are interested in this service, please contact us when you make your booking to arrange the day and time of our cleaning team's visit (subject to availability).
