CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation less than three days before arrival, no reimbursement will be made. In case of cancellation more than three days before arrival, the deposit paid will be reimbursed by ALD CONCIERGERIE. In case of non-arrival on the scheduled arrival date, the full balance will be claimed by ALD CONCIERGERIE, which then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately. For any change to the stay, a request must be made to ALD CONCIERGERIE. For all bookings made on AIRBNB and BOOKING.COM, the cancellation and modification conditions of these platforms will apply.
